General class:

This class is open to everyone and it caters for people who want to improve physical health, connectedness with the body and deep sensory meditation through the use of traditional yoga poses.

Gentle yoga therapy:

It is a class designed to heal back pain, strengthen core stability and improve spinal health. Open to anyone who needs extra guidance and help to manage troubling physical injuries.

Embodied yoga class:

It is a class which goes deeper than the actual yoga poses. It helps the body become connected to endocrine, fluid, organ and connective and muscular systems. You are guided to override the dominate thought processes so that you can feel and sense all of the different systems in the body. This class will take you to another sensory level!

Weekly Classes:

Monday:      7 - 9 p.m. General classes for all levels

Tuesday:      10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Gentle Yoga Therapy

                    7 - 8:15 p.m. Beginners Classes (subject to numbers) 

Wednesday:  7 - 9 p.m. General classes for all levels

Thursday:     10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Embodied Yoga Class
